Return Policy

We do not accept returns on non-defective products that have been opened.
Defective Products will be replaced with the same Item.
Products must be returned within 30 days from the date the product was shipped.
All non-defective returned items will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee.
All items must be returned in their original condition including:

Packaging, invoice and reason for your return.

Returned items must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

For your protection, we recommend that you mail the return item Insured Parcel Post.

Save the tracking information on your returned package so that we may track the shipping status on your returned package.

As soon as we receive and process your return, you will receive a replacement or issue a refund.
